We offers products including both collectible sports and non-sports trading card games, card accessories, board games and toys.

Does Hoobynooby.com go on sale?

We do offers sales on special occasions such as national day, 11.11 and any other days from time to time.

Does Hoobynooby.com offers Pre-order and Back-order products?

Pre-Order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe.

Back-Order items are products that are currently out of stock and not immediately available.

We currently do not offer any pre-order nor back-order products. We believe in stock readiness and readily available to our customers upon order.

Orders and Payment

What mode of payment does Hoobynooby.com accept?

We accepts modes of online payment as followings:

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

Currently, we only accept one form of payment per order.

Does Hoobynooby.com limits the number of purchases for each product?

You may purchase as many items as you like depends on our stock availability for each product.

Shipping and Delivery

Which shipping options are available and cost?

Currently, we only offer standard shipping options at a flat rate of S$2. The shipping rates depend on which logistics service provider you have chosen.

How long does my order takes to deliver?

Generally 2-3 working days.

How to track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Is there any free local delivery?

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50. Nevertheless, we will offer fee shipping coupon from time to time.

Are there any order restrictions?

We ship to any part of Singapore address except for Jurong Island and Sentosa

Can I ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside of Singapore.

Refund and Returns

Can I return an item that I bought from Hoobynooby.com?

Yes you can. Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If I received a defective product what should I do?

Kindly take a photo and contact us at [email protected] within 3 days.

For minor defective items such as components having slight chip and dent, refundable amount will be determined by us (5 to 20% refunds) as these defects is due to manufacturing defects.

For major defects such total damaged product or missing parts we will provide a full refund or exchange for the same product.

Are delivery charges refundable?

Any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

How many types of promo code can I use on my order?

Only one type of promo code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.

Why I can’t apply the promo code during check out.

Promo codes are only applicable to non-sales products and will only work if there are items in the cart that are not on sale.

How many times can I use per promo code?

Different types of new promo code can only be used once per user.
